It was quite a good experience working with this client! But then endeavor to be clear in terms of pricing and the deliverable items before you reach an agreement with him, else it might lead to an argument when you deliver and he tends to ask for more which wasn't part of his earlier request.

This was my first time purchasing online assistance. For future reference i will try to be as clear as i need to, to get a more accurate estimate as the description online seems to offer a an illusion that someone is paying for a full design to obtain a permit and not an estimate for specific "view drawings" or "document specific" requests. :/
