I can draft a structural steel/ miscellaneous steel/ steel stairs/ steel fences and concrete rebar layouts via. a CAD program.

I can provide a small 8 1/2 x 11 sized layout of a plan or sections/details in 1 day. Source file not included.



Tier 2 (Standard):

I will provide 2 - 5 drawings containing plans, sections and details for a small project within 2 days. Source file is included. This could take 1 - 2 days depending on job size.



Tier 3 (Premium):

I will draft 1 job from start to finish with as many plans, sections and details it requires to finish the job to customer satisfaction. Source file is included. This job could take between 2 - 5 days depending on structure size.



Source file for an additional $5 total.

Enhanced detailing for an additional cost (details and drawings look less basic)



For an additional Fee - I can provide 3D Rebar Detailing or Shop Fabrication Drawings for rebar jobs.



There are limited revisions to meet each customers satisfaction.

This was by far my worst experience on Fiverr. Erica was WEEKS late and definitely not qualified to do real CAD work. She is not familiar with building codes and has no business advertising herself as a stair designer. The shop drawings I received that were supposed to used for fabrication had no angles called out, the wrong size risers, dimensions pulled from the wrong points and were basically unusable. She may be able to provide hobby drawings, but don’t rely on the work for anything you are actually needing to build. Find a real professional. My money was wasted and now have to start over. She did nothing but delay my project.

Was sent a photo of a stair, a picture from a book of stair details and then text details that didn't match the photo. Any information given to me was represented on the drawings. When asked what would you like me to change - I never heard back. Little/Not enough information is not my fault.
