I will do architectural floor plan presentations, this can include: roof story, localization, various stories building. If needed, elevations and sections drawings may also be negotiated. This type of drawing is usually needed when making and addition, for city permits. 



- Instructions and real size dimensions might be delivered by the client

- If any advice needed, in the current project,  I will be glad to help you, without any additional cost

- Size of the paper and the scale are determined by the client



For an additional price, color, shadows, textures, and details can be added to the presentation. This is usually needed for presentation purposes. It helps to understand and identify elements on a technical drawing.
