No indeed first it was a increase in price when I paid the top tier for everything that was needed, then when I discussed prior what was needed before I paid he said fine after I paid he wanted to go up on price. I tried to cancel order and go another place he refused to cancel so inevitably I was stuck dealing with this situation. First time ever leaving a review like this and thoroughly unimpressed with seller and quality of work.
