Hi my name is Mike and i draft and design packets to be used in obtaining a building permit.  I have mainly worked in San Jose and South Lake Tahoe.  all of my packets are designed to work with the respective engineers and title 24 specialists within a project and i can help find and work with additional specialists needed within the projects scope of work.
