My services include three packages basic through premium all packages including 2-D hand drawn floorplans, The standard package will include elevations, and premium package includes rendering.

I am available for both residential and commercial buildings ranging from 800 –3000 ft.²

Delivery time on drawings will largely depend on the amount of detail that you as the client will want the delivery times listed on the packages are a close estimate to the times, but can be flexible.

Not listed on the pricing is a required security payment of $20 before beginning services, making sure clients are committed and my time is not wasted.



The design process before even beginning to draw a floor plan is lengthy and multi step time of completion will vary depending on the complexity of the building but will try and stay close to package delivery times.
