My name is Iresha Fernando and I'm a professional Architectural Engineer graduated at the year 2016.



This is my House Planing gig and in this gig I will plan your house according to your specifications. I have designed over 120 houses around the world so far and most of them are unique designs. I have got amazing feedback from my every client so I am 100% confidence about my designs. When I do a new design I start from my own sketches so the design will meets each and every specification you ask for.



As final delivery you will get print ready scaled A3 size PDFs with clear dimensions and every other details. And also you are welcome to buy AutoCad source files for just few extra bucks. Rather than A3 size papers, if you want various sizes, still I can provide them.



For your easiness I have listed 3 packages with varies amount of floor area so you can buy which you want. And also if you want anything beyond that level let me know through a message. I will always welcome big projects.

GOOD DETAIL WORK. COMMUNICATION LAPS OFF A BIT DURING THE PROJECT, BUT NOT ENOUGH TO MAKE THAT MUCH DIFFERENCE IN THE END.
